Please select "Cancel" after selecting the relevant order on [My Page > Order/Delivery Inquiry]. (Partial cancellation or cancellation when shipping is in progress is not possible)
It is difficult to cancel after 2 p.m. on weekdays because shipping preparations for the order have already begun. If you want to cancel after 2 o'clock, we recommend you to return the product after receiving it.
You can check whether the order number has been changed to cancellation on [My Page > Order/Delivery Inquiry]. However, you cannot cancel the order if the product delivery is already in progress. In that case, please return the product after receiving it.
